For an informal lunch, a candlelit dinner or a late-night snack. As well as classic tagliata, Florentine steak and rib steak, you will find American BBQ-style smoked pork ribs, grilled sirloin burgers, buffalo steak, Iberian pork and prized Japanese Wagyu beef. The menu is completed by starters such as Chianina tartare and carpaccio, freshly made first courses, desserts and our inimitable club sandwiches, all carefully prepared by our staff.
There is also a wide choice of wines to taste and buy. There are over 400 labels to choose from, whites, reds and sparkling wines, with particular attention to wines from small biodynamic and organic producers. Local products stand alongside the great Italian classics and a careful selection of French wines. Every day we offer over twenty wines by the glass, including 4 important reds served with the exclusive Enomatic system.

Our story

Since 1958 the Silvestrini family has been the place to go for lovers of good wine and for the many tourists who choose Caorle for their summer holidays. For two generations “Enos” has meant a good glass of wine. An old family tradition: vineyard owners and winegrowers themselves in one of the most renowned areas of eastern Veneto, producing famous whites – what was once called “Tocai di Lison” – and important reds such as Cabernet Franc. Today this long experience is brought to the table of the family wine bar.
