Appointment with the delights of Friuli Venezia Giulia with Aria di Festa, the traditional summer appointment of San Daniele del Friuli, in the nearby province of Udine, where you can taste typical local products. The king of the plate for & ograve; & Egrave; Prosciutto di San Daniele, the typical raw ham famous all over the world. The program is very rich and varied and unfolded in 4 days: friday & igrave; 22 June 2018, Saturday 23 June 2018, Sunday 24 June 2018, and luned & igrave; 25 June 2018. Also planned many workshops for families and children, where even the most important; young people can learn the secrets of how to prepare the delicious products of these lands. The activities and the food stands, to taste the products, play, attend cultural shows and musical performances, are all located in the historic center of San Daniele del Friuli, Piazza Pellegrino, Piazza Castello, Piazza Duomo, Piazza IV (4) November and square Cattaneo. There will also be exhibitions and shows in the auditoriums, from 6 pm to midnight or 1 pm. Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 June 2018, from 11 am to 6 pm, cooking classes are organized, including a special course on how to cut raw ham. The shows begin almost all after 6 pm.
