05-24-2024 Waiting for the Cinquecento - Side events

On the occasion of the start of the La Cinquecento sailing regatta which will start on Sunday 26 May from Caorle, there are many events scheduled. It starts on Friday 24 May with the inauguration of the photographic exhibition "The Cinquecento and the sea" in the Civic Center (the exhibition can be visited free of charge 24-25-26-31 May and 1 and 2 June). At 9.00 pm the eagerly awaited show cooking event hosted by Leonardo Feltrin "Gusta la Cinquecento" which will involve 6 chefs supported by a sailor who will propose traditional recipes. Saturday 25 May at 6.00pm Skipper Meeting followed by "La Cinquecento the charm of offshore sailing" hosted by Rai sport journalist Giulio Guazzini. 9.00pm concert Onde Anomale at Anmi Caorle. Sunday 26 May at 2.00pm La Cinquecento starts, a sailing regatta for 2 and for all to be sailed without stopping along the 500 mile route from Caorle to the Tremiti Islands, passing through Sansego. On Friday 31 May at 9.00 pm in Piazza Vescovado, the journalist and scientific communicator Franco Borgogno will talk about his experiences.
